Baby Got BOUNCE!

Tyler and I set out to explore Bounce U in Clarksburg this past Tuesday. We were going to do it for "B' week, but couldn't get into an open bounce, so I called it "Crazy" bouncing and we went during "C" week.

It started out kind of lame. The room seemed small and there were only four inflatables in it.

There was a basketball tournament bounce (which Tyler loved):
There was a giant slide (which I loved):
A basketball shooting game (which for once Mommy was better than Tyler at, but only because he couldn't reach):
And a bounce with a little slide in it (not pictured).
BUT THEN....
Melissa and Lexi showed up!! And suddenly it wasn't quite as lame. Partly because they ROCK, and partly because Melissa informed me that after snack time there was another room full of inflatables we got to go in. YAY.
But before we switched rooms, we played some basketball:
Then there was snacktime, where Tyler and Lexi showed all the other parents just why people hate Melissa and Me. Not that we couldn't make people hate us by ourselves, but when we let our kids run around and scream while everyone else is trying to forcefeed their kids goldfish and crackers, we don't make many friends. Whatever...it was playtime.
After that we went to the second room which had even COOLER stuff!!
There was an "American Gladiator" style obstacle course:
A baseball...uh...range (??) that I could barely pull Tyler away from:
An even BIGGER slide. Sorry...no good pictures. It consisted of climbing up a giant vertical tunnel with only elastics to hold onto, which I did while shoving my two year old above my head by his butt until we reached the top. We did try and climb up the wrong way so that Tyler and Lexi got a chance to go down, but it didn't work too well.
And a boxing ring:
Melissa and I spent the last ten minutes making fools of ourselves while the black-eyed attendant stared and wondered who in the heck let us reproduce. Well, maybe she was just making sure we didn't beat our kids up or something. I dunno. Maybe she was even envious. Wouldn't you be?

I tried to explain snacktime to Brian too. And how in the end all of the kids ended up running around and screaming with ours! It really was a lot of fun. Thanks SO much for inviting us!
