Did you do bread in a bag? Did you use whipping cream to make butter? I think when we did this at preschool the kids had a blast! I hope you have lots of fun with the letter C!
Wow! Way to B!! ha ha ha... Actually, you really made me want blueberry pancakes, butter, bread, etc. etc. I can't wait to see what you do all week when you get to Q!!!
Your house is so much fun - can I come play?
I LOVE it! All of it! And I must say that your pancakes look delicious! So thick and fluffy! So, tell me- where'd you get the "B Book" worksheet pages?? Did you get em online or from a workbook or something? Makes me excited!!! :)
AW! Thats SO ClEVER! LOVE THAT! I need to write these cool IDEAS down so I can remember then next time PACKING isnt the only thing on my MIND! Tyler is ONE cute boy! Guess WHAT? Next week is C and tyler is CUTE!!! AHH! haha! Look at me- gettin the head start! You guys did a LOT of stuff. I want to know how to make homemade BUTTER!!! MMMMMMMMM!
Anie - I found a B book online but they wouldn't let me print it without paying money and joining, so I just made my own. I will send it to you if you want.
Lis - All you do is get some whipping cream and add a little bit of butter and SHAKE it until your arms want to fall off...then shake it some more.
*I mean add a little bit of salt, not butter...
Can you teach my kids? Those blueberries were beautiful. Where did you find the b book?
Love it, love it, love it. I might borrow some of your ideas when we start our alphabets....you are so creative!
Candis- YES!!! Please send me the sheets you make up for your A, B, C.... etc books!! Maybe I can start at the end of the alphabet and come up with some ideas! :) I wasn't planning on going in order with the letters though. But I do still have like 2 months until I wanted to start "school" with Madi. I LOVE all your ideas! And Tyler seems to LOVE it too! Oh ya, and when I was teaching 4th grade in UT, we made butter as we walked like the pioneers (4th grade is State history- so I got to teach about Joseph Smith, Brigham Young, the pioneers, etc. HOw cool is that?!). Anyway, that butter was SO DELICIOUS!! I'll definitely have to try it with Madi :)
