Making a Dial Pad and learning to Dial our phone number. Ok, having Mommy dial the number and Tyler going "Cool" but not learning it.
Making a Dog House and Dogs. It's our new disciplinary reminder. When you are bad, your dog goes in the doghouse and can't come out until you are nice again or say sorry. It took a while for Tyler to realize that being in the doghouse is not actually a GOOD thing. I told him dogs want to be outside running around and playing and they get sad when they have to go in the house. He says sorry pretty quick once his dog is inside now that he gets it.

And that completes our pathetic D week. Besides eating Danish. I doubt E week will be much better, but I'll try. Anyone have an Elephant laying around?

Annie - there is this show that was on for one season a while back called Married to the Kellys. They have one and I want to make a wooden one SO bad to replace my cardstock/magnetic one someday.
I giggled when I saw the names on the dogs. I love that the parents can be put in the dog house. Unfortunately, there are too many days when my dog would be stuck in the stinky hot house because of my bad behavior. As for Elephants. . .we just made some cute elephants at our pathetic (oops did I say that out loud) library storytime. You trace your kid's hand and turn it upside down. The thumb is the trunk and the palm up from the pinkie get a hole punched into it and you tie a string for a tail. I am not sure if you can invision it, but good luck. We are doing E day right now. We just got back from Exercising with a invigorating bicycle ride around the block. We then pulled some weeds to see how plants make Energy. Later we are going to do FHE with learning about Emergencies and calling 911 so tomorrow we can see some Fire Engines for F day. You should have your brother show you some Engine stuff for E week.
I am impressed you are doing as much as you are teaching him the alphabet! You are certainly not a slacker!! He sure is adorable!
