On Friday we went to Home Depot and bought some flowers to spruce up our not-yard. Meaning, it's not really our yard since we rent, but we are borrowing it, so why not make it pretty?
We also bought some gardening gloves, a watering can and a "tiny tiny shovel," which, translated from Tyler to English means a spade.

Then, when the sun was STILL out on Saturday, we took advantage of the pretty weather by taking a family walk. Tyler insisted on pushing the stroller even though no one was in it. He's probably on to something, since it is much easier to push when no one is in it...

I am SO glad to have the sun back! I hope it stays for a while!!

We have sun to spare here in San Antonio. Your not yard is really pretty. For some reason, I thought that you had bought your home. What a fun family adventure.
LOVE your flowers!!! We've been wanting to plant flowers in our front yard for awhile now. You JUST motivated me!!! So Home Depot huh?? I was wondering where I should go to get some. They look great! And I definitely have to agree with you about being happy the SUN is back!! The temps this week are going to be perfect too!! If only I didn't have so many dang appointments we could get over and do our picnic at the park!! SOON!! We gotta go soon!! :) I'm really excited about the Mommy and Me thing though. I already wrote down all the dates on my calendar! Thanks for always knowing (and sharing) where all the free events are at!! :)
