Did You Miss Me...Enough to Read This??

I've been busy. Too busy to blog. So here is my horribly long catch up post that doesn't even have everything I need to catch up on in it. Good luck reading it. If you want you can just skip to the bottom...I completely understand.
BUT...
If you really want to hear about my life, here goes.
A few weeks ago (I lost count) was L Week. L week was LAME. At least on my part. Daddy helped pitch in to make it not so lame and we came up with some fun things to do and eat.
We read books that started with L.
We made Lemon Bars.
And ate them.
We made London Broil which tasted much better than it looked.
Daddy taught Tyler how to Lasso.
We made Ladybugs.
We ate Lasagna.
Daddy took Tyler to Little Bennett.
Daddy taught Tyler about London and they colored pictures of things that are in London.
We watched Lion King.
Lucy came over to play.
Daddy and Tyler watched Like Mike.
We ate Lollipops.
And Linguini.
We tasted Limes.

-----------------------------------------------------------
M Week was also sometime recently. I think it was MAJORLY lame. Good thing my two year old doesn't care. :)
We read M books.
Daddy and Tyler colored pictures of Monkeys and Moose.
We made Mozzarella and Pepperoni Paninis.
We made Marshmallow Men.
We mixed and made bread.
We watched Madagascar.
We made Mexican Tacos.
We made Monster Masks.

--------------------------------------------------

Also sometime recently we went over to Butler's Orchard to the Pumpkin Festival. It's $10 a person but there is definitely some cool stuff to see and do there. Plus we had the grandparents along to spoil Tyler with their time and attention, AND the cousins. It was fun.

We did a corn maze. We made it to the middle second and out first.
Daddy was happy to give Tyler a lift around the Punpkin Festival.
Can you see him hiding in the "pumpkin patch"?
Tyler and his cousins rode ponies.
Found some scary tunnels to climb through.
Played in the hay loft.
Pretended to be ghosts.
Went down the giant slides (my favorite part) with Mommy...
And with Grandpa.
We also played on playgrounds, went in moonbounces, watched a giant pumpkin canon, saw lots of animals, and ate dinner.
Then, Tyler crashed on the way home...sugar in hand.

That's not all we have been up to, but at least the majority. I'm still super busy though, just have the house to myself tonight - the boys are at the hockey game. Stay tuned for super giant long post number two in the weeks to come.

Oh - and congrats if you made it all the way to the end!

I feel guilty every time I read your letter blogs. I also feel motivated to get Lydia going on her letters. Thanks!

I was just thinking that I hadn't seen you post anything in a while! I was going to bug you about it, but now I don't have to!

I read the whole thing. I will say again how much I love your letter ideas! Tyler is so lucky!

so cute Candis. You are such an amazing mommy. You inspire me. I love the picture of Tyler lassoing the horse. (not sure if "lassoing" is how you say it)

I read this post TWICE- once by myself and once with Madi (well, we mostly just looked at the pictures the second time around), but I've never found the time to comment until now! I always love reading about all the fun you guys have! The pumpkin festival looked like a lot of fun. SPencer told me yesterday that he wants to do something like that next weekend. But of course, it's me who has meetings all day this time. I'm so annoyed with not being able to find any family time these days. Oh, and did you get my message? I wasn't able to find you after church so I called you as soon as we got home. CALL ME!

If your definition of Lame is what you posted, well my life is a constant lame. We never forked out the money for the Butler Orchard fest, but I wish we had. Can't wait for the next post.
