Fair Doesn't Start With H...

H Week was a HAPPY success. After putting the week off during Princess Camp, we jam packed as much H stuff as possible into one week. Here's what we came up with...

We made a headband...an indian headband. Complete with feathers.

We cut and pasted the letter Hh onto paper and traced the lines.

We ate hamburgers, hot dogs, and hash browns.

We made horseshoes out of cardboard and played horseshoes, the game.

We played hockey on rollerblades.

We made a horse out of a cardboard box, sketch paper, and newspaper, and galloped around the house.

We ate hummus and flat bread, and I actually got Tyler to try some.

We also ate honey bbq wings and hot pockets.

And we read books that start with H.

Lastly, we went to the Fair. I know....Fair doesn't start with H, but we didn't want to miss out on our opportunity to go to the Fair just because it wasn't here during F week.

We saw animals.

Slid down a tractor.

Rode on a tractor.

Watched a (LAME) cowboy show.

We even saw a pig named after my brother.

Tyler rode a little tiny pony...all by himself.

We watched some pig races. Our blue pig won TWICE. YAY.

Tyler even got to pet his horse. (He has been talking to me for weeks about going to "the farmer's house" and asking him to pet his horse).

We also played some games. Tyler won a giant blow up baseball bat and a stuffed frog...but no goldfish.

And we saw some "ballerinas." My dance studio I used to teach at was performing, so I got to see some of my former students. The girl below used to be in my class when she was 3!!

H week was great, and so was the fair. Now I just have to wait for the Great Frederick Fair to come to town so I can see my Billy Ray Cyrus concert.

YEEE HAW!
