2009 is Here!

2009 is here and, to be completely honest, I'm not really sure where 2008 went. This year has gone by so quickly, and 2009 means it's time for Tyler to turn 2, and I am really not ready for that! It would be cliche to say "it seems like it was just yesterday when he was just turning one" or something of that sort, but now I know why so many people say it: cause it's true.

Anyhow, we celebrated the coming of the New Year with Grandpa and Grandma Larson and Uncle Chris. We watched movies, played games, and ate until we were ready to burst. At the stroke of midnight we put on silly hats and toasted each other with IBC and Martinelli's, and made lots of noise. Tyler had a three hour nap, so he made it until about 12:04 and then crashed HARD. It was a lot of fun.

The picture idea came from someone in the primary presidency. I'm sure they wont mind if you steal their idea. I think all of the wards that meet in our building are doing it. It's not something I would have come up with I'm in Young Women's and have a hard enough time coming up with stuff for that!

All I have to say is you are so brave for keeping Tyler up! Our's went to bed at their normal time and we went to bed around eleven! 7:00 am comes way too early for staying up late!
